Does Waypoint apply for me automatically?

Only when you say so. You choose each role and see what will be sent. Auto Apply then fills in the form and submits it. If a form asks something we can't answer, the application waits for you.

Where do the jobs come from?

Directly from companies' own careers pages, refreshed daily. When a company removes a role, it disappears here too.

How is the match score worked out?

Each role is scored 0–100 on how well its title, seniority, pay, and location fit your profile and resume. The score comes with the reasons behind it and updates as your profile changes.

Can you guarantee interviews?

No one can. We make sure every application is relevant and tailored. Results depend on your market, role, and experience.

Will employers know I used AI?

They receive a normal application. Cover letters are written from your own experience and you can edit them before sending.

What happens to my data?

It's used only to find matches and prepare your applications. You can delete your resume or your whole account at any time.
