What we collect

Account details (email, name, phone), your job preferences and quiz answers, resumes you upload, answers you give to employer questions, applications you approve, messages sent to your private inbox address, and billing records.

Optional equal-opportunity answers (such as gender or veteran status) are used only to answer those questions on application forms, and only if you provide them.

How we use it

To match you with roles, prepare and submit the applications you approve, deliver recruiter replies to your inbox, process payments, and keep the service secure.

We don't sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Employers you apply to receive the application you approved.

Service providers that run parts of the service on our behalf: hosting and database (Supabase), AI processing of resumes and cover letters (Anthropic), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), and, if you consent, product analytics (PostHog).

Your choices

You can edit your profile, download your data, or delete your account at any time from Profile, Account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights; contact [contact email].

Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
