Customer Care Executive
The Gollcher Group represents SkyNet Worldwide Express in Malta, providing courier and online shopping deliveries to Malta
Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate services
- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude
- Familiarize yourself with current information about services available for customers
- Answering customer queries by phone/email
- Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks as required
- Record and update information accurately within the relevant systems
Requirements
- O'level standard of education
- Computer literacy, preferably including ECDL
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the team
- Fluency in English is a must
- Currently based in Malta
