About the Role
The Field Team Leader Coordinator manages the field operations leadership team (Field Team Leaders) and their teams to execute all data collection/acquisition activities and resources across our services (RMS, NIV, RES, and Census), in full compliance with global standards and guidelines within the assigned geography, ensuring the delivery of committed results.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, implement, and manage the data collection/acquisition methods defined by Global.
- Implement established global methodologies and standards across the team.
- Clarify and reinforce field policies and procedures for associates within the area.
- Proactively monitor data collection quality through established systems and analytical tools.
- Initiate corrective actions to restore data quality when needed.
- Partner with the Field Team Leader (FTL) team to continuously improve KPIs and data collection activities.
- Ensure panel health in line with Data Science requirements.
- Work with retailers as needed to secure and maintain their cooperation.
- Ensure all required reports and assessments are up to date, accurately completed, and delivered on time.
- Manage, develop, and optimize human resources, providing field training to the team.
- Deliver predictable commitments and results in finance, budget control and cost leadership, productivity targets, and quality targets (meeting and exceeding KPIs), as well as established timelines for client projects and deliverables.
- Coach and develop Field Team Leaders and associates (auditors) to build a talent pipeline that supports the organization's future needs.
- Ensure Field Team Leaders have adequate resources to deliver on business requirements for their assigned areas.
- Own Travel & Expenses (T&E) for the assigned region; review operating plans (OP) and analyze expenses and variances against OP on a monthly basis.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- English: Business-level fluency (C1).
- 3 -5 years of work experience leading teams, ideally within a market research field force. Prior experience in operations or equivalent operational experience.
- Solid understanding of operational metrics.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with analytical and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
- Strong communication skills, combined with solid presentation and influencing skills.
- People management and team leadership skills.
- Training in problem analysis and problem-solving methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, 8D, etc.).
- Ability to operate effectively, with high energy and flexibility, in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment.
- Results-oriented, with an aptitude for continuous process improvement, strong business acumen, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
