Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate outreach through successful placement.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
- Develop and expand networking opportunities to generate new connections and referrals.
- Utilize our existing candidate database and provided leads to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and clients.
