Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Sales Teams in allen Vertriebsangelegenheiten
• Recherche, Analyse und Aufbereitung relevanter Markt-, Kunden- und Unternehmensinformationen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen, Präsentationen und Angebotsunterlagen
• Unterstützung bei der Nutzung moderner Vertriebs- und KI-Tools zur Optimierung von Prozessen
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Teams und Unterstützung bei Vertriebsprojekten

Das bringst Du mit

• Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Interesse an Vertrieb, Marktanalysen und Kundenmanagement
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel

Qualifikationen

Von Vorteil sind außerdem:

• Erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce, MSDynamics oder vergleichbaren Lösungen)
• Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit KI-gestützten Anwendungen und Tools
• Neugier, Lernbereitschaft und ein ausgeprägter Drive, die Möglichkeiten von KI im Vertriebsumfeld aktiv zu nutzen und weiterzuentwickeln
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Marketing oder Kundenmanagement
