You will partner with the Senior Director of People & Operations, to drive recruitment, support people initiatives, strengthen HR operations, and contribute to building a culture where people can do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (40%)

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Source, assess, and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

  • Support organization branding initiatives

HR Business Partnering (30%)

  • Partner with managers and staff on day-to-day people operations.

  • Support performance management, staff engagement, learning, and development initiatives.

  • Facilitate onboarding, confirmations, employee transitions, and exit processes.

  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.

  • Promote staff well-being and ensure a positive staff experience.

HR Operations & Office Administration (20%)

  • Manage staff records, HR documentation, HRIS, and policy administration.

  • Support payroll inputs, leave administration, and compliance activities.

  • Coordinate office administration, vendor management, workplace logistics, and asset management.

  • Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and operational excellence.

People Analytics (10%)

  • Maintain HRMS tools, Prepare HR dashboards and people reports.

  • Analyse recruitment, headcount, attrition, and engagement metrics.

  • Use data-driven insights to inform process decisions and support organisational effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For
  • 4.5–7 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & HRBP.

  • Experience hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or nonprofit organisations.

  • Experience in HR Business Partnering, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.

  • Good stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across teams.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to support decision-making.

  • AI-savvy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, recruitment, and people processes.

  • Creative and innovative, always seeking better ways to enhance staff and candidate experiences.

Requirements

Educational Qualification : MBA in HR

Experience : 4.5-7 Yrs

Required Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.

  • 4.5–7 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & HRBP.

  • Experience hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or nonprofit organisations.

  • Experience in HR Business Partnering, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools.

  • Humble, empathetic, and purpose-driven, with a genuine passion for contributing to a mission-led organisation.

  • Self-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered HR and recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, or similar) to improve sourcing, communication, reporting, and operational efficiency.

  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
