Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you’ll combine data, analytical thinking, and curiosity to drive marketing performance and business growth. You’ll manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta, analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends, and translate them into clear business actions. Beyond day-to-day optimization, you’ll constantly look for new opportunities, challenge existing approaches, and use creative thinking, emerging technologies, and AI to help shape our marketing strategy and exceed our business goals.

Qualifications

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and drive marketing and business decisions.
  • Own and optimize performance across multiple marketing channels, using data to understand what drives impact and how we can continuously improve.
  • Go beyond the numbers - ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and translate analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Think strategically about our business, users, and marketing activity, identifying new opportunities to improve performance and exceed our targets.
  • Develop and test new ideas by combining analytical thinking with creativity and a strong understanding of marketing and consumer behavior.
  • Lead and shape cross-functional initiatives, using data and marketing expertise to influence strategies and decisions across teams and drive meaningful impact on business KPIs and growth.
  • Explore and adopt AI tools and new technologies to improve how we analyze, work, make decisions, and approach marketing challenges.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-moving environment, from identifying an opportunity through execution and measurement.

Additional Information

  • Proven record of exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, demonstrated through academic achievements, professional experience, military service, or other relevant experience.
  • Strong ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns and trends, draw conclusions, and translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, with the ability to independently analyze and manipulate complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex questions and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Strong business orientation and ability to understand how marketing metrics and KPIs connect to broader business performance.
  • A demonstrated track record of high achievement and excellence, whether academically, professionally, or through other meaningful accomplishments.
  • AI-oriented, with a strong interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
