Senior Manager, Logistics

Job Description

Lead end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, outbound, warehouse, and third-party providers. Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, process optimization, and regulatory compliance across all logistics functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage inbound/outbound and warehouse operations; ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy
• Oversee import/export operations and customs compliance
• Monitor 3PL performance and SLA adherence
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, automation, digitalization)
• Develop and control logistics budget; deliver cost savings without compromising service levels
• Define, monitor, and report on logistics KPIs; implement corrective actions
• Lead and develop high-performing logistics teams
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans (BCP)
• Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives in logistics operations
• Champion AI and automation adoption across logistics workflows

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years in logistics operations, customs regulations, warehouse management, or supply chain

• Leadership and team development
• End-to-end logistics and warehouse operations management
• Customs regulations and import/export compliance expertise
• Lean/Kaizen process optimization
• ERP, WMS, and data analytics systems proficiency
• Strategic planning and budget management
• Risk management and business continuity planning
• Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
